Tsukikage is one of Akame's Soldiers. He could be one of his sons, but we can't be sure of that. When Gin and the Igas are looking for the medicinal herbs, a group of Kogas attack them. A Koga has attacked Tsukikage and they are fighting. Hayato is trying to flee, but Tsukikage tells him not to and tells him to fight like an Iga. With those words, Tsukikage jumps into a tunnel

We cannot be sure of this, but Tsukikage could have been Hayato's brother, because Hayato calls him "'Niisan" Which means big brother, but it can also mean "Older Friend" or "Big Brother Figure".

In K.A.Y, Tsukikage managed to survive the fight and he has three children: Khione, Ash and Icarus. He is also seen in the final battle, fighting Tobias.
